Half-hearted introduction

I sincerely doubt anyone is going to find this space, and that doesn't matter. I just want to be able to document my life on my own terms. So I'm just going to go straight into it.

-Gym and yoga progress

-LCHF progress

-Chinese and BM progress

-Thoughts

-Skincare

So I'm going to go ahead and make labels for those things!
